Booking terms and conditions

Now that you have booked and are looking forward to our visit, please take time to read through the following before our arrival:

- If your booking includes interior cleaning, please try and empty as much from your car as you can before we arrive, especially baby seats.  This allows us to spend more time on cleaning

- Please be sure to let us know of any local parking restrictions.  We will need to park nearby as we have to unload/load equipment frequently during our time with you.  Where required please ensure you have completed any permit needed for us to park for the day  

- For mobile bookings (where we come to you) please remember we need access to a convenient plug socket and an outside tap

- Please note that only booked work will be undertaken on the day.  We are happy to discuss and quote for other work to be carried out at an appropriate time

- We use every means possible to complete the work booked on the day.  However, when working outside,  some weather conditions may make it impossible to either start, or complete booked work safely.  Where it is not possible to start or complete booked work on the day we will discuss re-booking at a suitable time

- We appreciate that things may crop up that prevent you being able to honour a booked appointment.  If this is the case, please provide at least 48hrs notice of any intention to cancel or re-schedule a booking.  This allows us time to try and fill the space.  Notification of intent to cancel or re-schedule less than 24hrs before a booked date will incur a charge of 50% of the quoted price for the booking

- For insurance purposes we are unable to operate in heavily congested roads.  For safety reasons we will not work in narrow roads with regular passing traffic

- If on arrival your vehicle presents with heavy soiling, stains, vomit, excess pet hair etc. extra charges will apply to deal with these or similar items.  This will be discussed and agreed before any work is undertaken

- If you are booked for a full valet service this typically is an all day service (6-8 hrs). Where possible please advise us in advance if the vehicle is going to be used either before we arrive (e.g if we need to arrive later than 08:30am, or if you might need the car earlier in the day (e.g. for school runs) so as we can plan the most appropriate approach to ensure the car is available when needed

- Prices and scheduled appointment frequencies agreed for regular maintenance visits only apply to the specific vehicle(s) that the price and schedule was/were agreed for.  Any change or addition of vehicles or change in frequency of visit may well be subject to a change in price and therefore has to be agreed in advance

- Any bookings that involve interior work will mean car doors and boot are open for extended periods.  We will try and minimise battery drain by turning off interior lights (if possible) and keeping doors closed where possible - but we cannot be held responsible for any dead batteries as a result of doors being opened for prolonged periods. We do not carry equipment to charge batteries or 'jump' start vehicles

- As part of any exterior or interior work we will often open windows, sun blinds etc. to ensure a thorough clean of your vehicle. If you are aware of any existing faults (especially with electrical items) with anything on/in your vehicle and would prefer we didn't open or move something please let us know in advance or on the day we arrive

All Payments are due on the same day  work is completed
